What each plan includes
Every plan is billed in US dollars, and tax is added on top where it applies. Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly billing is two months free.
From Launch to Operator to Scale, every step doubles everything for less than double the price, and each action costs less: twice the actions, twice the pages or articles and twice the videos.

If your plan started before these prices, it keeps its price and the actions, videos and chat it was sold with until you change plan. The monthly AI budget and posts to X without a link apply to every plan. Billing always shows what yours includes.
What an action is
An action is one finished thing you can see: a post, a page, a blog article, a product, an offer, a form or a translation. Housekeeping never uses actions.
- A post is one action, however many of your networks it goes to. Shared to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, it is still one action. If every network refuses it, the action is given back. If one network refuses it and you try that network again, the retry is already paid for.
- A page or a blog article is one action, whether it is published straight away or saved as a draft for you to read first, and it also counts toward the month’s pages or articles. Rewriting one is one action and counts toward them too. Changing only its title is free, and so is publishing a draft you already have.
- A product added to your store is one action, also when it is one of your own that you ask your team to add. So is an offer, a form, a translation of a page or post into another language, and an email campaign.
- Posting a video is one action: the post. The video itself is never counted in actions: a video your team makes uses one of your included videos.
- Everything else your team does to your site is free: settings, SEO settings and structured data, plugins and themes, menus, pictures on their own, deleting or unpublishing something, updates, cleanup, security, backups and restores, fixes and corrections, store settings and shipping, adding a language, and replying to your customers. Every one of them still waits for your yes; none of them uses an action.
Planning your week, the weekly report, automatic emails, reading your site and talking to your Co-CEO never use actions. Work that fails never uses an action either, and the same piece of work is never counted twice, however many tries it takes or however many times you tap Approve. The first build of your site is free.
Every action has a cost limit of its own. If one piece of work runs far longer than one action should, your team stops it and gives the action back, and you are told: “This one got too long for one action, so we stopped it and gave the action back.”
A run your team makes on its own, such as the weekly plan, makes at most ten pieces of work at a time and has a cost limit of its own. Past either, it stops and tells you what it made and what is left, so a long list is never done in one silent go.
Pages and articles
Pages and blog articles are the biggest pieces of work your team writes, so each plan includes a number of them within its actions: up to 3 a month on Launch, 6 on Operator, 12 on Scale and 5 for each client business on White label. Each business you add brings its own (see Running more than one business).
When this month’s pages or articles are used, a page or an article you approve is kept, not lost. It waits under Waiting for you with the reason, for example on Launch:
Your 3 pages or articles for this month are used. An action pack adds 1 more, or Operator includes 6.
It is made by itself as soon as the month resets or a pack adds room. After 72 hours, we ask you again first. Every action pack adds room for one more page or article.
What happens if you run out
New posts, pages, products, forms and translations wait until the month resets, or until you buy a pack of extra actions from Billing. A change you approve while you are out of actions is kept, not lost: your team makes it by itself as soon as actions come back. After 72 hours, we ask you again first. Settings, plugins, maintenance and fixes never wait for actions, because they never use one. You are told once, not on every attempt. There is never an overage bill for actions: packs are prepaid, and you only get one when you buy it.
Moving up to a bigger plan takes effect the moment you confirm it on Billing, and your new allowance counts the actions you have already used this month: use all 20 on Launch, move to Operator’s 40, and you have 20 left straight away. A full month of the new plan is charged that day, what is left of the plan you are leaving is credited on the same invoice, and your billing date moves to that day. During the $1 first week it works differently: the plan you pick starts on day 8, and nothing more is charged before then. See How to change your plan or cancel.
Action packs
A pack is $10, prepaid, with tax on top where it applies. It adds actions and room for one more page or article:
| Launch | Operator | Scale | White label | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Actions in a $10 pack | 4 | 5 | 6 | 6 |
| Per action | $2.50 | $2.00 | $1.67 | $1.67 |
| Packs a month | Up to 3 | Up to 3 for each business | Up to 3 for each business | Up to 3 for each client business |
A pack costs more per action than your plan does. Packs are for the months that run over. If you need more every month, compare with the plan above yours; Billing shows it when you are about to buy a third pack:
- Launch + 3 packs = 32 actions for $69. Operator is $69 for 40 actions, 6 pages or articles and 2 AI videos.
- Operator + 3 packs = 55 actions for $99. Scale is $129 for 80 actions, 12 pages or articles and 4 AI videos.
On Scale, three packs bring your month to $159 for 98 actions. White label is the step up from Scale: contact us from the agencies page.
Pack terms, all of them:
- A pack lasts twelve months from the day you buy it, and its unused actions carry over from month to month until then. Pack actions are spent oldest pack first, and your monthly allowance is always spent before any of them.
- Your prepaid balance can hold at most three times your monthly allowance. If a pack would not fit in full, Billing refuses it before any payment, and tells you how many actions to use first.
- The limit of 3 packs a month counts each business you run. Billing shows how many packs you can still buy this month.
- Packs are never refunded, and they pause while a subscription is canceled or unpaid. They come back the moment a plan is active again, and they stay with you when you move to a smaller plan.
- Packs are not sold during the $1 first week. They open when your plan starts.
Chat with your Co-CEO
Chat is never billed per message and never uses actions. Each plan includes two kinds of reply:
- Deep replies are your Co-CEO’s fullest answers: 10 a week on Launch, 15 on Operator, 20 on Scale and 40 on White label. They come back every Monday.
- Quick replies are shorter and faster: 50 a month on Launch, 75 on Operator, 120 on Scale and 300 on White label.
When the week’s deep replies are used, your Co-CEO answers with Quick replies until Monday. When the month’s Quick replies are used too, your messages are kept and answered together once a day until they reset. Chat never stops, on the web or on WhatsApp.
Your monthly AI budget
Each plan includes a monthly AI budget: $3.05 on Launch, $5.30 on Operator, $5.80 on Scale and $28.90 on White label. It is included in your price and is never billed on top. It pays for the AI work that is not itself a finished piece of work:
- deep chat replies, on the web and on WhatsApp;
- pictures made in chat;
- AI editing in the page editor;
- the thinking your team does around the work: planning your week, the written story in your report, the check of what AI answers say about your business, and your scheduled tasks.
Not on it: Quick replies (they have their own count), the work inside an action (each action carries its own cost), videos (they have their own count) and the first build of your site.
When less than a fifth of it is left, you are told, for example: “Your AI budget is running low: 15% left this month.” When it is used, you are told the date it resets, for example:
Your AI budget for this month is used, so chat answers with Quick replies until October 12.
Until that date, pictures in chat and AI editing wait, and say why. Work you approve is still made, and your team’s background thinking that makes nothing waits for the reset. Each business you add brings $3.80 more budget, and each extra White label client site $3.15 more.
AI editing in the page editor needs a plan or the $1 first week. Before either starts, the editor says: “AI editing starts with your plan.”
Videos
Launch and every plan above it include videos each month: 1 on Launch, 2 on Operator, 4 on Scale and 12 shared on White label. Each business you add brings its own (2 on Operator, 4 on Scale).
One included video is one video of any kind. Some kinds cost a little extra, and we show it before anything is made:
| Kind | With an included video | With no included video left |
|---|---|---|
| AI video | Uses 1 included video | $3 as an extra |
| Premium AI video | Uses 1 included video + $3 | $6 as an extra |
Every AI video carries a visible AI label, and nothing is made or charged before you approve its exact price. How to pick one, what each kind is and what happens when a video does not pass our checks: How to choose a video.
A difference (the ”+ $3”) or an extra video needs Extra videos switched on in Billing, with a limit you set: each one counts toward that limit, and your team never goes past it. Each is billed as its own line on your next invoice, and only once the video is delivered and has passed our checks. On yearly billing they are billed once a month, on an invoice of their own. If your plan ends before they are billed, they are billed on a last invoice. A promotion on your plan never applies to video lines. Videos rendered in test mode never count and are never charged.
On a yearly plan, “a month” means each month of the year, counted from the day your current billing year started.
Running more than one business
Operator and Scale start with one business, and you can add more from Billing, up to five. Each business you add bills one more unit of your plan price and, once you build it, adds its own allowances to your shared pool:
| Each business you add | Operator | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $69 a month, or $690 a year | $129 a month, or $1,290 a year |
| Actions | 40 more | 80 more |
| Pages or articles | 6 more | 12 more |
| Included videos | 2 more | 4 more |
| AI budget | $3.80 more | $3.80 more |
Your first business is always included, and you can remove a business again once you have deleted the site it paid for.
Adding a business starts a new billing month (or year) that day: a full term for every business is charged then, what is left of the term you are cutting short is credited on the same invoice, and your billing date moves to that day. The allowances arrive when the business is built, and a business you pay for but have not built blocks the next one. See Add another business.
For more than five businesses under one bill, White label is the step up: eight client businesses, your own brand, one invoice, and more client sites at $25 a month ($250 a year: save $50, get 2 months free). A client site added beyond the eight has no actions, pages or videos of its own: it draws on the shared pool, and adds $3.15 to the AI budget. Contact us to move to it. Launch runs a single business.
The $1 first week
Launch, Operator and Scale on monthly billing can start with a first week for $1, one time only: one per person and per business in any 12 months. It is a real subscription with a reduced first week, not a free trial: on day 8 your plan continues at its full price unless you cancel first.
What the week includes:
- Your previewed site goes live, on standard hosting until day 8.
- Up to 5 finished things you approve. A post counts once, however many networks it goes to.
- 30 Quick chat replies and approvals, WhatsApp included. Deep replies start with your plan.
- Your team works through the plan your preview drafted.
- An AI budget of $1.50 for the week, which everything in the week draws on. When it is used: “Your first week’s AI budget is used. Start your month now to keep going.”
- A storyboard of your first video instead of the video. You choose the kind during the week, and the video is made on day 8, when your plan starts (see If you subscribe from the EU or the UK for an account that has not asked us to start right away).
Pages or articles written in the week count toward the 5 and wait for day 8: they are published on day 8, and only if you continue. Packs, extra businesses and extra videos open when your plan starts.
You do not have to wait for day 8:
- Start my month now, on your Home, on Billing or in chat, ends the week at once, charges your plan’s monthly price and starts your first month that day.
- Go annual charges the year at once and starts it that day. See Yearly billing.
On day 8 your plan starts, with all of this already included:
- Your site and store stay live and hosted.
- SEO and structured data are set up on every page.
- A monthly check of what AI answers say about your business.
- Your weekly report.
- Plus, in your first month: 1 extra video, any kind (a dearer kind pays only its difference, shown before it is made).
The extra video is not given in a first month bought at a discount.
If you do not continue, a site we host comes down on day 8. We take a final backup first and keep it for 90 days, so you can come back to it. Pages waiting for day 8 are never published.
The $1 first week is one time only: one per person and per business in any 12 months.
- If your email address or your browser was already used for a $1 first week in the last 12 months, the plan page and the checkout tell you before you pay, and your plan starts at its full price from the first day.
- If the card you pay with was already used for a $1 first week in the last 12 months, or it is a prepaid card, the week ends at once and your plan starts at its full price that day. The same happens when a social account or a domain connected to your business was already used for one.
- When the week ends this way, you are told by email, in your notifications and on Billing, with what you pay and why. A week that ends this way still counts as your one $1 week.
- During the week, a social account or a domain already used for a $1 first week in the last 12 months cannot be connected: “This account was already used for a $1 first week in the last 12 months, and the $1 first week is one time only. Start your month now to connect it.”
- If you cancel and come back within 12 months, your plan starts at its full price from the first day.
The whole week, step by step: Your first week.
Yearly billing
Every plan can be billed yearly, and yearly billing is two months free: Launch $390 (save $78), Operator $690 (save $138), Scale $1,290 (save $258) and White label $3,690 (save $738).
Go annual, on your Home, on Billing or in chat, charges the year the moment you confirm, and your year starts that day. Taken on Launch, Operator or Scale, it also brings:
- One month of your plan’s actions, once: 20 on Launch, 40 on Operator and 80 on Scale, for each business you pay for. No videos. They are added 14 days after the charge, on the date shown when you confirm, as long as you are still on yearly billing and have not withdrawn.
- Your price locked for two years.
Promotion codes do not apply to yearly billing. See Switching to yearly billing.
Founder Annual (launch week)
Founder Annual is our launch-week package on yearly billing. There is no code and no discount: the year is charged at the prices above, plus VAT where it applies. A Launch, Operator or Scale year whose payment is confirmed between Monday, October 12, 2026, 12:01 AM PT and Sunday, October 18, 2026, 11:59 PM PT, whether through Go annual or a yearly checkout, also brings:
- Today’s price locked for life while you stay subscribed. Every yearly renewal charges your plan, for one business, at the annual list price it had when you bought the year. The lock covers your plan’s price only: extra businesses, action packs and domains follow the current price list. Moving to another plan or to monthly billing, canceling or letting the subscription lapse ends the lock for good, and a new plan is at its current price.
- Two bonus months of actions, once: 40 on Launch, 80 on Operator and 160 on Scale in total, for each business you pay for. No videos. If you went annual with Go annual, its bonus month is one of the two; otherwise Founder Annual adds both. They are added 14 days after the charge. They stay if you change plans later. They are canceled if you withdraw, or if the payment is refunded or disputed.
A card payment counts when it is charged. A bank debit counts when you confirm it, even if the money arrives after Sunday, but if the debit fails, the Founder benefits do not apply. A White label year confirmed in the window gets the lock, but no bonus months, because its actions are pooled across your client businesses. A subscription billed on an earlier price list is not part of the offer. The offer ends on time and is not extended. The full wording is in section 5.7 of the Terms of Service.
Promotions
Every promotion we run is dated, and you enter its code on Stripe’s payment page. Codes do not apply to yearly billing, the Minimum plan, action packs, contact blocks, domain renewals or video lines, and a first month bought with a discount does not get the day-8 extra video.
On Launch’s half-price first month, or a free month (such as a 4th month free), only an included AI video is made straight away. A premium AI video or an extra video is approved then and made on your first full-price day. If the included video does not pass our checks, we make it again on that day, at no charge.
See Use a promotion code.
If you subscribe from the EU or the UK
If your checkout address is in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or the United Kingdom (or your checkout did not record a country), you have 14 days to withdraw, counted from the day you first subscribe. See Refunds and your right to withdraw.
When you sign up, and again on the checkout page, you tick a box that asks us to start right away:
I ask WPMaven to start right away. Work already delivered to me, such as videos, pages and posts, is kept from any refund if I withdraw.
With it, nothing waits for the 14 days: your whole first month opens at once (on day 8 after the $1 first week, or the day you buy a plan directly), and your included videos are made straight away. If you withdraw, the work already delivered to you is kept from the refund.
An account from before this box existed that has not ticked it since keeps the earlier rule. Until the 14 days end, its first month opens a little each day: actions, pages or articles, AI budget and Quick replies grow day by day with the month. Home and Billing say so, with the date, for example:
Your full month opens on October 5, when your 14-day withdrawal window ends. Until then it opens a little each day.
For that account, included videos, including the day-8 extra video, wait until that date. Extra videos you pay for never wait.
The Minimum plan
The Minimum is not on the plan list. It is offered only when you decide not to continue: at the end of the $1 first week, when you leave the checkout page without paying, and on the cancel screen. It keeps your business online for less:
- $19 a month, or $190 a year (save $38, get 2 months free).
- Your site and store stay live on standard hosting.
- 5 actions: about 1 post a week on every network you connect.
- No pages or articles, no included video.
- 20 Quick chat replies a month.
- The team acts when you ask. Launch adds a move every week on its own.
- Snapshot report, and the WPMaven badge on your site.
- Pack $10 for 2 (up to 3 a month).
- Videos at their own price: an AI video is $3, a premium AI video $6.
- 500 contacts, like Launch.
Launch gives 4 times the actions, 3 pages or articles and 1 AI video for $39. Promotion codes do not apply to the Minimum, and it is not offered on White label. See How to change your plan or cancel.
Contacts
Contacts are the people on your mailing list. Launch and the Minimum have a fixed 500 and no way to buy more; the other plans can add blocks of contacts from Billing.
