How to tell your Co-CEO what you want changed
Your Co-CEO is the operator who decides what the week focuses on. Talking to it is how you change what your team does, without touching any settings.
Where to talk to it
At the bottom of your Home there is a message box: Tell your Co-CEO what you’d like to change.
Type what you want. Plain sentences work best.
What you can ask for
Direction:
- “Stop posting about pastries, focus on the wedding cakes”
- “I want to sell to offices, not just walk-in customers”
Something specific:
- “Write a page about our gluten-free range”
- “Post about the Saturday market this week”
A question:
- “Why did we post three times about sourdough?”
- “What is planned for next week?”
What changes as a result
The Co-CEO changes the plan for the coming week, and you see the difference in Your operators are on it on your dashboard. Work that was already waiting for your approval stays there until you deal with it.
When you ask for something that changes your site, like a new page, your team prepares it and it waits for your yes under Waiting for you. The reply says so, with a link to it. Nothing on your site changes until you approve it.
A bigger request can take a minute or two. If the reply is not back yet, the box says your Co-CEO is still working on it, and the answer appears there when it is ready.
Chatting is never billed per message
Your plan counts actions. An action is one finished thing you can see: a post, a page, a blog article, a product, an offer, a form or a translation, and a post counts once, however many channels it goes to. Settings, plugins, maintenance, fixes and housekeeping never use actions, and neither does talking to your Co-CEO.
Your plan includes two kinds of reply:
- Deep replies, your Co-CEO’s fullest answers, a number each week. They come back every Monday.
- Quick replies, shorter and faster, a number each month.
When the week’s deep replies or the month’s AI budget are used, your Co-CEO answers with Quick replies, and says until when. When the month’s Quick replies are used too, your messages are kept and answered together once a day until they reset. Chat never stops, and it is never billed per message. The numbers for your plan are in What each plan includes.
