How to read your weekly report

Once a week your team writes up what happened. Reading it takes a couple of minutes and is the main rhythm of using WPMaven.

Where to find it

Reports in the sidebar. Reports are listed by the week they cover, newest first. Select View to read one, or Download PDF to keep it.

If you run more than one business, each business gets its own report.

On WhatsApp, Monday’s push sends up to five report PDFs. If you run more businesses than that, the message tells you how many are left: reply reports and the rest are sent to you right there.

What is in it

  • What went out that week, and on which channels.
  • What it did: visitors, pageviews, orders, revenue.
  • How often AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and others) read your site that week, and which ones. These are reads, not rankings: an assistant fetching your pages is how it gets the facts it uses when someone asks about a business like yours.
  • Once a month on Launch and every plan above it, the result of a check of what AI answers say about your business: we ask an AI model a handful of questions a buyer might ask, and count how many of the answers named your business. It is a sample from one model, not what every assistant tells every buyer, and the line is left out when there is no result.
  • What your team plans to do next.

Your site’s page in the dashboard also shows an AI ready checklist: a summary AI can read, structured data for your business, products and posts, a description to quote, your site open to search engines and AI, and your social profiles linked. Your team keeps these in order as it works; nothing to do on your side.

Which numbers matter

In the early weeks, look at visitors before orders. People arrive before they buy, so visitors move first. If visitors are rising and orders are not, that is worth telling your Co-CEO about.

Once orders are steady, revenue this week against the same week before is the number that matters.

The short and long versions

On the Minimum and Launch plans the report is a weekly snapshot: the headline numbers without the written analysis. Operator, Scale and White label get the full written report. See What each plan includes.
