What each operator does
You get a whole team of AI operators. They all work from the same weekly plan, and each one has a single job. You do not hire them or turn them on: the Co-CEO puts the right one on each piece of work.
Not every operator is busy every week. A webmaster has little to do the week your site goes up and a lot to do the week a plugin breaks.
Runs the company
Co-CEO
Reads what you want, decides what matters this week, and hands each job to the right specialist. This is the one you talk to. It does not publish anything itself.
It also keeps track of what you have already told it, so you do not have to repeat yourself every week.
See How to tell your Co-CEO what you want changed.
Builds and looks after your website
Web Designer
Chooses your colors, fonts and logo, and builds the look of your site. Creates images when your pages need them. An image goes into your site’s media library with the page that uses it, when you approve that page.
Web Developer
Builds the site itself and makes every technical change: page layouts, forms, moving a site from somewhere else, adding a second language. If something on your site needs to work differently, this is who does it.
Webmaster
Keeps the site up, fast, secure and backed up. Installs and updates plugins, watches for problems, and takes a backup before anything risky.
This is the operator you should never have to think about. That is the point of it.
Brings people to you
Content Writer
Writes the pages and posts on your site in your voice: product descriptions, an about page, the words on your home page.
SEO Specialist
Works on being found when people search for what you sell. Titles, descriptions, page structure and the links between your pages.
Social Media Manager
Writes your posts and publishes them to the channels you connected, once you approve each one. Looks at what worked last week before deciding what to post this week. Once Meta approves WPMaven, it also reads comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram and replies when you let it.
Some networks refuse a post with no picture or video, so it creates the image first. WPMaven keeps that image for the post; it is not added to your site, so making it does not need your yes. The post itself does.
When there is a video, it cross-posts rather than picking one network. The video file goes to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, which accept the file itself; then the link from YouTube or Instagram is posted on LinkedIn and Facebook, where a link is the post and the file cannot go. X gets the text without a link, as every post to X does: add your site link to your X bio so people can find you. Your Google Business Profile joins that list once Google approves WPMaven. That is one approval covering the whole round, not one per channel, and one action.
Video Producer
Turns your products and announcements into short videos your channels can post. It reads your brand colors and fonts first, writes the script, and animates a real photo of the thing you sell rather than inventing one. Every video with AI in it carries a visible AI label, and an AI voice speaks for your business, never as a customer.
It recommends the kind of video that fits your business and its goal, and you choose: nothing is made before you approve the kind and its price. See How to choose a video.
It never publishes. It hands the finished video to the Social Media Manager, which still waits for your approval like everything else.
Launch and every plan above it include videos each month, of any kind (see What each plan includes). A video takes minutes rather than seconds, so it is scheduled rather than produced while you wait.
Growth Concierge
Walks you through creating and connecting each social channel, and tells you honestly what each network requires before it will work. It cannot create an account for you, because no network permits that.
Sells and gets you paid
E-commerce Manager
Sets up your store: your products, your catalog, your checkout, and gift cards if you sell them.
Chief Financial Officer
Sets your business up to receive money, and tracks what comes in, what gets refunded, and what you are actually making.
Looks after your customers
Customer Support Agent
Reads the messages customers send you on Messenger and Instagram, and drafts the reply in your voice. Every reply waits for your yes before it is sent, because it reaches a real person as your business. This starts once Meta approves WPMaven. Until then, Facebook and Instagram connect only for accounts we invite.
It answers from what your site and your product list actually say, never from memory, so it will tell you an answer is missing rather than invent a price or an opening time. When the same question keeps arriving it can add the answer to your site as a page, which is how a support question turns into a customer.
Messenger and Instagram close a conversation 24 hours after the customer’s last message. It tells you when a thread can no longer be answered instead of drafting into one that Meta will refuse.
Tells you how it is going
Data Analyst
Watches your traffic, your conversion and your revenue, sets the goals your plan is aimed at, and writes the weekly report. Reports in numbers, not in reassurance.
See How to read your weekly report.
What always needs your approval
Every change to your site, once your team has built it: pages, blog posts, products, forms, images, menus, its design, its plugins and settings, your store’s settings and shipping, languages and translations, and maintenance like installing updates or cleaning up its database.
Anything the public would see, too: posts, videos, and replies sent to your customers.
Nothing on your site changes and nothing goes out without your yes. The one time your team does not stop to ask is while it builds your site the first time, so that the build is never left half done.
See How to approve, edit, or reject what your team wants to publish.
What does not need your approval
Work that changes nothing on your site and nothing anyone outside can see: research, drafting (writing a page or a post, and making its pictures, before it is added to your site), reading your site, taking backups, checking your site is up, and preparing next week’s plan.
What none of them can do
- Delete or demote your site’s last administrator, or the administrator account WPMaven works through. That would lock you, or WPMaven, out of your own site.
- Create a social media account for you. No network allows it.
- Publish to a channel you have not connected.
- Promise you sales. See What the forecast line means.
