How your team decides what to do each week
Where the plan comes from
Your Co-CEO plans one week at a time, from three things:
- What you said you want. The business you described, plus anything you have told it since.
- What happened last week. What went out, and what it did.
- What stage you are at. A business with no customers needs different work from one with regular orders.
Milestones
Near the top of your dashboard is a milestone, such as First 10 orders, with the steps under it. The milestone is what the current weeks are aimed at. When you reach one, the next one takes over and the work changes with it.
How much your team does on its own
Each week your team starts a number of moves by itself: a move is one piece of the plan, such as a run of posts or a new page, that it begins without being asked. Launch makes 1 move a week, Operator and Scale 2 for each business, and White label 1 for each client business. On the Minimum plan the team acts when you ask. What a move makes still waits for your yes, and a finished piece of work uses an action as usual.
A video is not a move: when one is due, your team asks you which kind to make. See How to choose a video.
What you see
Your operators are on it on your dashboard lists this week’s work. Some of it is waiting for your approval, some is scheduled, some is done.
How to change it
Tell your Co-CEO. It changes the plan for the coming week. See How to tell your Co-CEO what you want changed.
Work already waiting for your approval stays there until you approve or reject it. Changing direction does not silently throw away something you were about to publish.
Why the plan does not change every day
Marketing that changes direction constantly does not work. A post published today is read over several days, and a page written this week may not be found for weeks. Your team works in weeks because that is the honest unit for this kind of work.
