What stays your decision
Three things are always yours:
- What changes and what gets published. Once your site is built, every change to it waits for your yes, and nothing goes out without your approval.
- What the business is. You can change what you sell, and who for, at any time.
- What the plan is. Tell your Co-CEO to change direction and the week changes.
What WPMaven does not do
Being clear about this saves disappointment:
- It does not create social media accounts for you. No network allows that. You connect accounts you already own, or make one first.
- It does not guarantee sales. The forecast is a plan, not a promise. See What the forecast line means.
- It does not ship your products or answer your phone. It brings people to you.
Where your money goes
Your plan pays for the work your operators do each month, measured in actions. An action is one finished thing you can see: a post, a page, a blog article, a product, an offer, a form or a translation. A post counts once, however many of your channels it goes to. Settings, plugins, maintenance, fixes and housekeeping never use actions.
Videos have their own count: each plan from Launch up includes videos every month, of any kind, and you choose the kind. Chatting with your Co-CEO is never billed per message: each plan includes deep and Quick chat replies, inside a monthly AI budget that is part of your price.
