Run client businesses under your brand

You take the client. We host every site, run the weekly work, and stay invisible. Our name shows nowhere your client looks: the dashboard, the reports, the emails and the sites.

🏢

Your brand throughout

Your own domain and your branding across the whole dashboard, so the product your client logs into is yours. No badge, no footer credit, and our name nowhere your client looks: the dashboard, the reports, the emails and the sites.

🖥️

We host all of it

Hosting, SSL, daily backups and updates are included in the price for every client business. You never provision a server or field a downtime call.

📄

Who pays for what

You pay us for the portfolio. Your client pays you. We never touch your client's card.

Step 1

You pay us for the portfolio

One monthly invoice from us to you: $369 for up to eight client businesses, then $25 for each client site after that. Hosting for every site is included in that price, so there is no second bill from anyone.

Step 2

You charge your clients whatever you want

Your price, your contract, your billing schedule, on your own invoices. We have no relationship with your client, we never see what you charge them, and we never contact them.

Step 3

The difference is yours

Your cost per client business is fixed and falls as you add more. What you charge on top is your margin, and it does not change when your average cost goes down.

Your client never pays us and never hears from us. They log into a dashboard on your domain, with your name on it, and their weekly reports come from you. As far as your client is concerned, you are the one running their business.

What it costs as you grow

Every client site after the eighth is $25 a month, or $250 a year (Save $50, get 2 months free), and adding one never reprices the ones you already have. Extra client sites share the pool: 240 actions, 40 pages or articles and 12 videos a month across the portfolio, which action packs top up at $10 for 6, up to 3 a month per client. The more you run, the lower your average, while the price you charge your own clients stays where you set it. Hosting is included on every site.

Why $369 and not eight owner plans

The comparison people reach for first is the wrong one

The $39 plan is not one you can use

Launch at $39 puts a "Built with WPMaven" line in the footer of every site it builds. That is fine for someone building their own business. It is not something you can hand to a client.

The unbranded plan is $69

Operator is the plan without our name on it, so eight client businesses bought one at a time would cost you $552 a month.

White label is $369 for those same eight

Under your brand instead of ours, with hosting included on all eight, for about two thirds of the retail cost of doing it the other way.

And the allowance is pooled

240 actions, 40 pages or articles and 12 videos a month cover the whole portfolio rather than being locked to one site at a time. A busy client can use more in the month a quiet one uses less, which is how agencies actually work.

What changes in your week

The work that used to need a junior, a copywriter and a Friday afternoon

Build it in the pitch

Describe a prospect's business in a sentence and watch it assemble in about a minute. Free, before either of you commits, which is a stronger pitch than a deck.

Something to send on Mondays

Each business produces a weekly report in plain language: what sold, what got traffic, what to do next. Forward it, or send it as your own.

Retainers that survive the quiet months

Your team prepares the work every week whether or not anyone on your side has time, so all it takes from you is the yes, and the client keeps seeing a reason for the retainer.

You approve, or your client does

Every piece of work waits for a yes. Keep approvals on your side to stay the agency of record, or hand that seat to the client and stay out of the loop.

Take on clients you used to turn down

The ones with a real business and a small budget stop being unprofitable, because the hours that made them unprofitable are not yours anymore.

Nobody gets locked in

Every business runs on standard WordPress, so a client can always take theirs elsewhere. Easier to sell, and easier to keep, than a platform with no exit.

The full range

Any business your clients can describe, built and run on autopilot

Not templates. Not brochure sites. Your client describes a business, even one that only exists in their head, and a team of AI operators builds the whole thing, launches it, and keeps it running every week: publishing, posting, restocking, and reporting the money. One plan covers every kind below, with the plugins each needs installed for you, and every one is free to start.

Real build

Shops and makers

  • A jewelry maker selling pieces while she makes the next one.
  • An apparel brand whose shirts are printed and shipped on demand.
  • A coffee roastery selling direct instead of through wholesale.

Appointments and jobs

  • A barber whose chairs fill from a calendar clients can see.
  • A pet groomer with repeat bookings and reminders running themselves.
  • A handyman whose quote requests become scheduled, paid work.
Real build

Food and hospitality

  • A restaurant taking its own orders, not paying 30% to a platform.
  • A guest house selling rooms by the night, never twice.
  • A home bakery with pre-orders and pickup slots.
Real build

Teaching and coaching

  • An online school with lessons, quizzes and student progress.
  • A coach selling programs booked and paid up front.
  • A paid community where what members pay for stays behind the login.

Listings and marketplaces

  • A marketplace where other sellers list and the owner takes a cut.
  • A local directory of listings other people submit.
  • A niche job board where employers post and candidates apply.

Property and home goods

  • Property listings with photos, search and an inquiry form.
  • A furniture and home-goods store with made-to-order deposits.
  • A florist with same-day local delivery.
Real build

Creators and digital

  • Digital planners and templates that sell while you sleep.
  • Art prints and posters printed and shipped on demand.
  • A niche publication that keeps writing and publishing on schedule.
Real build

Causes and events

  • A charity taking one-off and recurring donations, with receipts.
  • Events and workshops with dates people can book.
  • A freelance portfolio that turns a visitor into an inquiry.

And this is only the shape of it. If your client can describe a business, your team builds it and runs it, on autopilot.

When customers ask AI

Your clients' sites, ready for AI to read

Your clients' customers increasingly ask an AI where to buy, book or hire instead of searching Google. Every site your team builds publishes the business's real details in a form those assistants can read, and each weekly report shows how often they read it. No one controls what an assistant answers, so we do not promise a ranking or a recommendation. What we do is make sure the details it reads are your client's real ones, with no extra SEO work to sell or run.

AI can read your business

Your products, prices and what you do are published in a form AI assistants understand, so when one reads your site, it gets the real details, not a guess.

See when AI reads each site

Every weekly report counts how often assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read the site, and which ones. These are reads, not rankings. Once a month we also ask an AI model the questions buyers ask and report whether the business comes up.

Set up for you, always current

Nothing to install or configure. As your team adds products and content, what AI sees updates with it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What agencies ask before putting their name on it

Because the $39 plan is not the one you can use. Launch at $39 carries a "Built with WPMaven" line in the footer of every site it builds, which is impossible to hand to a client. The plan without our name on it is Operator at $69, so eight unbranded businesses bought one at a time cost $552. White label is $369 for the same eight, with your brand instead of ours, hosting included on all of them, and the monthly allowance pooled across the portfolio rather than locked to one site at a time.
We do, and it is included in the price at every tier. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and updates for every client business, with nothing for you to provision and no downtime calls to field. If you are a hosting company and would rather run the sites on your own infrastructure, that is a different arrangement and it lives on the hosting companies page.
Properly white-labeled, not just a logo swap. The dashboard your client logs into runs on your own domain and carries your name and colors. The weekly reports go out under your brand. The sites we build carry no badge and no footer credit. Your client never has a reason to learn our name. Where our name still shows, it stays on your side: your own account with us and the invoice we send you. The networks are the exception: when a client connects Instagram, YouTube or another network, that network's own consent screen names the app that posts, WPMaven. Before you hand a site over, give it its own domain and add your domain for email: until then the site runs on a free wpmaven.site address and its emails go out from our address.
Eight on the White label plan, each with its own team and its own weekly report. Past eight you add client sites at $25 a month each, or $250 a year (Save $50, get 2 months free), and adding one never reprices the ones you already have. An extra client site has no allowance of its own: it draws on the pooled 240 actions, 40 pages or articles and 12 videos, which action packs top up at $10 for 6, up to 3 a month per client. For large portfolios we work the numbers with you.
One finished thing: a post, a page, a blog article, a product, an offer, a form, a translation or an email campaign. A post counts once, however many networks it goes to. Monday replans, weekly reports, fixes and chatting with the team never count, and a failed task never uses an action. Posts to X go out without a link, so add each client's site link to their X bio.
Yes. White label is $3,690 a year: Save $738, get 2 months free. Extra client sites are $250 a year each: Save $50, get 2 months free.
Whatever you agree with them. The site, the store and the content are standard WordPress, so ownership is a contract question between you and your client rather than something we decide. If the relationship ends, the business can be handed over intact.
No. You can present it as your own team and your own process, which is accurate: you set the direction, you approve the work, and you carry the relationship. How much you say about how the work gets done is your call. Every AI video carries a visible AI label either way.
However you already do. You pay us one monthly invoice for the portfolio and charge your clients whatever your market supports, on your own terms and your own schedule. We never touch your client's card and never contact them.
Their business is standard WordPress, so it can move to any host with no rebuild. Nobody is trapped, which is easier to sell in the first place and takes the fear out of the decision for a client who has been burned by a locked platform before.
