One dollar puts your business live for a week, so you can watch real work instead of reading about it. In those seven days your team makes up to 5 finished things you approve, with 30 Quick chat replies, WhatsApp included, and plans your first video as a storyboard that is made once your plan starts. It is for Launch, Operator and Scale on monthly billing. You can cancel at any point, or start your full month early with Start my month now in your dashboard. The $1 first week is one time only: one per person and per business in any 12 months. If you already had one, your plan starts at its monthly price from the first day.

Launch is $39 a month, Operator is $69, Scale is $129. On annual each one is 2 months free: Launch $390 a year (Save $78), Operator $690 (Save $138), Scale $1,290 (Save $258). One finished thing is one action: a post, a page, a blog article, a product, an offer, a form, a translation or an email campaign. A post counts once, however many networks it goes to, so the same post on X and on LinkedIn is one action. Your plan includes a number of actions each month (20 on Launch, 40 on Operator, 80 on Scale), and says how many of them can be pages or articles (3, 6 or 12), so you always know what you are paying for.

Add an action pack. Packs are prepaid extra actions for busier months: $10 for 4 on Launch, $10 for 5 on Operator and $10 for 6 on Scale, up to 3 packs a month for each business. Each pack also adds room for 1 more page or article, and pack actions last 12 months. Past a point the better way to get more is the next plan: Launch with 3 packs is 32 actions for $69, the price of Operator, which includes 40 actions, 6 pages or articles and 2 AI videos. Yes: 1 a month on Launch, 2 on Operator and 4 on Scale. An included video can be any kind on the menu. Some kinds cost a little extra, and we show it before anything is made: an AI video uses just the included video, and a premium AI video uses it plus $3. With none left, an AI video is $3 and a premium AI video $6. Anything extra needs extra videos switched on, under a monthly limit you set. A video that fails our checks is never charged, and every AI video is marked “Includes AI” on the video (on TikTok, TikTok's own AI label) and “AI-generated” in the post.

Links on X cost more to post and tend to reach fewer people there, so posts to X go out without a link. Add your site link to your X bio so people can find you.

Yes. Every paid plan includes professional email forwarding on your own domain: 1 address on Launch, 3 on Operator, 10 on Scale. Mail sent to them lands in the inbox you already use.

On paid plans you get WhatsApp. Approvals arrive there and you answer in the chat, so you can run the business from your phone in the time it takes to read a message.

No. Publishing is gated behind your approval. The team prepares the work, you decide what goes out.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to any connected account is least-privilege, and actions that publish are gated behind your approval. Your site runs on standard WordPress, so you can export or move everything at any time.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your team stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. A site you connected yourself stays where it is; a site we host becomes a read-only copy with checkout off, stays live for 14 days, then we take a final backup, keep it for 90 days, and take the site down.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from a subscription. Because the team starts work straight away, you ask us to start right away when you sign up and at checkout ("I ask WPMaven to start right away. Work already delivered to me, such as videos, pages and posts, is kept from any refund if I withdraw."), so your plan starts in full at once, and if you then withdraw the work already delivered is kept from the refund and the rest is refunded. Renewals, prepaid action packs and contact blocks, and the first year of a domain registered for you are excluded, as stated when you buy them. We do not advertise a money-back guarantee on top of the statutory right. Withdrawing during your first week ends the week at once, and our team confirms every refund. Yes. White label is $369 a month, or $3,690 a year (Save $738, get 2 months free), for up to eight client businesses, each with its own operator team and its own weekly report.
