Before You Report

Please check the following before submitting a bug report:

Bug Priority Levels

Understanding priority levels helps us triage and fix issues efficiently:

Critical

Service is down, data loss, security vulnerability, or complete feature failure affecting all users.

High

Major functionality broken, significant performance issue, or problem affecting many users.

Medium

Feature partially broken, workaround available, or issue affecting some users.

Low

Minor issue, cosmetic problem, or enhancement request with minimal impact.

Submit a Bug Report

Be as detailed as possible. Include error messages if any.

Detailed steps help us reproduce and fix the issue faster

What Happens Next?

  1. Confirmation (within 1 hour): You'll receive an email confirming we received your report with a tracking number
  2. Triage (within 24 hours): Our team reviews and prioritizes the issue
  3. Investigation: Engineers investigate and attempt to reproduce the bug
  4. Updates: We'll email you with updates on progress
  5. Resolution: Once fixed, we'll notify you and include the fix in our next release
