  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies

Bug Priority Levels

Understanding priority levels helps us triage and fix issues efficiently:

Critical

Service is down, data loss, security vulnerability, or complete feature failure affecting all users.

High

Major functionality broken, significant performance issue, or problem affecting many users.

Medium

Feature partially broken, workaround available, or issue affecting some users.

Low

Minor issue, cosmetic problem, or enhancement request with minimal impact.

Be as detailed as possible. Include error messages if any.

What Happens Next?

  1. Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming we received your report
  2. Triage: Our team reviews and prioritizes the issue
  3. Investigation: Engineers investigate and attempt to reproduce the bug
  4. Updates: We'll email you with updates on progress
  5. Resolution: Once fixed, we'll notify you and include the fix in our next release

Response Times

We reply as fast as a small team can, usually within a business day. Critical issues jump the queue.

If you've found a security vulnerability, please do not use this form. Instead, email us directly at support@wpmaven.ai with details. We take security seriously and treat these reports as our top priority.
