Bug Priority Levels

Understanding priority levels helps us triage and fix issues efficiently:

Critical

Service is down, data loss, security vulnerability, or complete feature failure affecting all users.

High

Major functionality broken, significant performance issue, or problem affecting many users.

Medium

Feature partially broken, workaround available, or issue affecting some users.

Low

Minor issue, cosmetic problem, or enhancement request with minimal impact.

What Happens Next?

Confirmation (within 1 hour): You'll receive an email confirming we received your report with a tracking number
Triage (within 24 hours): Our team reviews and prioritizes the issue
Investigation: Engineers investigate and attempt to reproduce the bug
Updates: We'll email you with updates on progress
Resolution: Once fixed, we'll notify you and include the fix in our next release

Response Times

Critical: Acknowledged within 1 hour, fix deployed within 4 hours
High: Acknowledged within 4 hours, fix deployed within 24 hours
Medium: Acknowledged within 24 hours, fix in next sprint (1-2 weeks)
Low: Acknowledged within 48 hours, scheduled for future release
