Please check the following before submitting a bug report:

- Review our Documentation to ensure expected behavior
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
Bug Priority Levels
Understanding priority levels helps us triage and fix issues efficiently:
Critical
Service is down, data loss, security vulnerability, or complete feature failure affecting all users.
High
Major functionality broken, significant performance issue, or problem affecting many users.
Medium
Feature partially broken, workaround available, or issue affecting some users.
Low
Minor issue, cosmetic problem, or enhancement request with minimal impact.
Submit a Bug Report
What Happens Next?
- Confirmation (within 1 hour): You'll receive an email confirming we received your report with a tracking number
- Triage (within 24 hours): Our team reviews and prioritizes the issue
- Investigation: Engineers investigate and attempt to reproduce the bug
- Updates: We'll email you with updates on progress
- Resolution: Once fixed, we'll notify you and include the fix in our next release
Response Times
- Critical: Acknowledged within 1 hour, fix deployed within 4 hours
- High: Acknowledged within 4 hours, fix deployed within 24 hours
- Medium: Acknowledged within 24 hours, fix in next sprint (1-2 weeks)
- Low: Acknowledged within 48 hours, scheduled for future release
Security Vulnerabilities
Important: Security Issues
If you've found a security vulnerability, please do not use this form. Instead, email us directly at security@wpmaven.ai with details. We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours.

We appreciate users who help us find and fix bugs. While we don't currently have a formal bug bounty program, we recognize significant contributions through:
