Partner rewards
Partner rewards: the terms
Recognition and marketing support for the partners who do the most for their customers. Version 1, effective Monday, October 12, 2026.
Partner
Every partner in the program: the training, the kit, your named contact and your shared Slack channel.
Certified Partner
After the certification: the badge, and a place in our introductions.
Featured partner
Named each quarter: a spotlight, first place in introductions and joint marketing.
Early access
New features to try before everyone else, when there is something to try.
1. Who these terms are for
Every partner in the WPMaven partner program: hosting companies and agencies on revenue share or wholesale, agencies on the White label plan, and technology partners. Joining the program and the rewards costs nothing.
2. The levels
Partner
From your first day: the training, the partner kit, a named contact on our side, an onboarding call, and a shared Slack channel with our team.
Certified Partner
When you complete the certification: the checklist, the quiz and the review call. You may then show the Certified Partner badge on your site and in your proposals, and we may introduce you to business owners and companies who ask us for a partner (section 3).
Featured partner
Each quarter, our team names Featured partners from the Certified Partners in good standing: the partners who brought the most new paying customers in the quarter, and the agencies that ran the most client businesses with us in the quarter. We tell each partner before we announce it. For the next quarter, a Featured partner gets:
- a spotlight: a post about the partner on our social channels and, if the partner wants one, a case study written together, with the partner's real numbers, shared only with its permission;
- first place in our introductions;
- a joint webinar or a joint email to each other's audience, when it fits both sides;
- a seat on a quarterly call with our team about what we build next.
3. Introductions
When a business owner or a company asks us for an agency, a host or an integrator, we may introduce them to partners in good standing, matched by language, region and the kind of business, Featured partners first, then Certified Partners. Introductions are free for both sides: we take no fee from either and no share of the work that follows. We do not promise a number of introductions, and the person introduced decides whom to work with.
4. Early access
Partners can try new features before they are released to everyone, when there is something to try, and tell us what to change. Early versions can change or be withdrawn.
5. What rewards are not
Rewards are recognition and marketing support. They are not payments, they add nothing to your revenue share or your wholesale terms, and they say nothing about what a partner will earn. What a partner earns is set by its partner agreement and shown, payment by payment, on its Partner program page.
6. Staying in good standing
- Sell it honestly: the rules in lesson 7 of the training. No promises of income, results or rankings, no invented reviews or customer stories, and the AI label stays on every AI video.
- Use our name as the brand guidelines say, and do not buy ads on the WPMaven name.
- No spam: email only people who agreed to hear from you, and say who you are.
- No self-referral: your own accounts and payments earn nothing and count for nothing.
- Wholesale prices are never below our own retail price.
- Your customers' data is used only to serve them, as the law where they live requires.
7. Losing a reward
If a partner breaks section 6, we tell it what happened and what to change. If it continues, we can end its Featured status, its certification or its introductions. Misleading customers can also end the partnership itself, under the partner agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. We tell partners by email before a change takes effect, and recognition already given, such as a quarter as a Featured partner, is kept.
9. The partner agreement comes first
These terms do not change the partner agreement, the revenue share, wholesale pricing or payouts. Where they differ, the partner agreement applies. Questions go to your named contact or to partners@wpmaven.ai.
