Who to sell to
Owners with a real business, or a real idea for one, who need someone to keep it moving every week and cannot pay a team to do it. The ones you used to turn down because the hours made them unprofitable.
- Shops and makers: a jewelry maker, a coffee roaster, a print-on-demand brand.
- Appointments and jobs: a barber, a physiotherapist, a mobile mechanic, a handyman.
- Food and hospitality: a restaurant taking its own orders, a guest house, a home bakery.
- Teaching and coaching: a coach, an online school, a paid community.
- People starting from an idea: someone who wants to launch a business and has no site, no store and no time.
Signals to look for: a site nobody has touched in months, posts that stopped, a store with three products and no traffic, or a client who keeps asking for "a few posts" you never have time to write.
What you sell
Your service, in your words. One way to say it:
"We build your business online and run it every week: the site and the store, the posts, the articles, and a report every Monday on what happened. Nothing goes out without your yes."
- It is your brand: the dashboard your client logs into, the reports and the emails carry your name, and the sites carry no badge.
- You can present it as your own team and your own process, which is accurate: you set the direction, you approve the work, and you carry the relationship. Every AI video carries a visible AI label either way.
- Hosting, SSL, daily backups and updates are included for every client business, so there is no second bill.
The first meeting: the pitch is the build
- Ask them to describe the business in a sentence or two, the way they would tell a friend. Type their words, not yours.
- Read the plan back together. The team names the business, lists its pages, the add-ons it needs and the first products or services. Change anything they would change.
- Pick a style with them. Four directions, tried on the preview.
- Watch it build, in about a minute, while you talk about what happens next.
- Show the week: what the team prepares every week, how they approve it (or how you do, for them), and the Monday report. Use your own test business for this part.
- Agree the next step: your proposal, with your price, and a start date.
It is free to build, before either of you commits. No deck is as strong as their own business on the screen.
Questions to ask
- What do you sell, to whom, and how do people buy it today?
- Where do your customers find you now?
- What did you last post, and when?
- What would you do with two more hours a week?
- Who should say yes to what goes out: you, or someone on your team?
- Do you have a domain and social accounts already? Who holds the passwords?
- How do you take payments today?
- What would make the next three months a success for you?
Your price
What we charge you is fixed and published, and it falls as you add clients:
| Client businesses | You pay us each month | Works out to |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 8 | $369 | $46.13 each, at eight |
| 12 | $469 | $39.08 each |
| 16 | $569 | $35.56 each |
| 25 | $794 | $31.76 each |
Yearly billing is $3,690 for the eight, two months free, and $250 a year for each client site after that. For larger portfolios, we work the numbers with you.
What you charge your client is yours to decide, on your own invoice and your own schedule. We never see it and never contact your client. Price the outcome your client gets from your service, in your market, the way you price your other retainers. One way to package it is a setup fee for the first build and a monthly fee for the weekly work. We do not suggest a figure, and nobody can tell you what a client will pay.
The allowance is pooled: 240 actions, 40 pages or articles and 12 videos a month across your eight, so a busy client can use more in the month a quiet one uses less. Action packs top it up at $10 for 6, up to 3 a month per client.
What clients ask
"Is it just AI writing posts?"
It is a team that builds the business and keeps it moving: the store and its products, the pages, the posts, the articles and the report on what happened. We set the direction with you, and nothing goes out until it is approved.
"What if I do not like what it makes?"
Then it does not go out. You ask for changes in your own words, or reject it, and the team learns what you want.
"Will my customers know it is AI?"
Every AI video carries a visible AI label, and some images on a site may be generated with AI. The words, the offers and the decisions are yours, because you approve them.
"Can you keep my existing website?"
Yes. An existing WordPress site can be connected instead of building a new one, and the team works on it without redesigning what is there unless you ask.
"What happens if we stop working together?"
The business is standard WordPress, so it can be handed over and moved to any host, with no rebuild. Ownership is agreed between you and your client.
"Is my data safe?"
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each site runs in its own container, and nothing publishes without approval. There is a data processing agreement we sign on request, and a public list of every subprocessor.
"How fast does it start?"
The build takes about a minute. The weekly work starts once the business is live and its channels are connected.
Onboarding a client
- Once for your agency: the White label steps in Settings that are about you: your brand, your sending domain and your dashboard address. See lesson 5.
- Build or connect the business on your account. It becomes one of your client businesses, with its own team and its own report.
- Add your client's email next to the business in Settings, White label, so the Monday report reaches them from your domain.
- Decide who says yes: you, or your client, with "Hand a client their approvals" on your Team members page.
- Connect the client's channels (social accounts, Google Business Profile), and give the business its own domain before you hand it over.
- Set the first goal with the team in chat, in plain words: more bookings, a product launch, a quieter month.
The weekly rhythm
- Every day: approve what is waiting, from the dashboard or WhatsApp. All your clients' work is in one queue.
- Every Monday: each client's report goes out under your brand. Read yours first; it is your next conversation with the client.
- Every month: a short check-in with each client on the goal for the next month.
- When a client grows: packs for a long month, more client sites at $25, and for large portfolios, custom terms.
Never promise
