About the Role

As Senior AI Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap for WPMaven's core AI features. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. This role requires deep understanding of both AI capabilities and WordPress user needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered features, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Conduct user research to understand WordPress users' pain points and automation opportunities.
• Write detailed product requirements and specifications that guide engineering implementation.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to understand model capabilities and translate them into user-facing features.
• Define success metrics and analyze product performance to inform iteration.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive interfaces for complex AI functionality.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current with AI product trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years on AI/ML products.
• Track record of shipping successful AI-powered features.
• Experience working directly with ML/AI engineering teams.

Skills

• Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

• WordPress development or administration experience.
