Senior AI Data Scientist
Drive data-driven insights and build AI models that understand WordPress at scale.
About the Role
As Senior AI Data Scientist, you'll analyze large-scale WordPress data, develop predictive models, and generate insights that drive product decisions. You'll work on everything from understanding user behavior to building recommendation systems and quality prediction models.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build predictive models for user engagement, churn, and success metrics.
- Develop recommendation systems for WordPress plugins, themes, and configurations.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to measure feature impact.
- Create data pipelines and dashboards for ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate insights into features.
- Develop quality prediction models for generated WordPress content and code.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
- Experience with large-scale data analysis and modeling.
- Track record of impactful data science projects.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
- Strong background in statistics and experimental design.
- Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau).
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, BigQuery, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Experience with NLP and text analysis.
- Background in recommendation systems.
- Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking.
- WordPress or web analytics experience.
